Pocatello, ID -- The 17th annual Bengals in Boise Golf Scramble is set for Saturday, May 31st at Banbury Golf Club, highlighting a fun weekend of events in the Treasure Valley, as the weekend will start with the Bengals in Boise reception on Friday, May 30.

Teams for the scramble will consist of six players, with an entry fee of $100 per player. That fee includes all greens fees, a cart, a barbecue lunch and entrance to the Bengals in Boise Welcome Reception held on Friday, May 30th, also at Banbury. The reception on Friday night begins at 6:30 pm with hosted appetizers, no-host bar and a silent auction. The live auction will begin at 7:30 pm with some great items up for bid this year. Minnesota Vikings defensive end Jared Allen, the highest paid lineman in NFL history, will be on hand to auction off a trip for two to any 2008 Vikings home game. There is also a signed and framed jersey of NFL Hall of Fame and former San Francisco 49ers receiver Jerry Rice, an ISU Homecoming package and several golf packages available. Members of the ISU coaching staff will also be in attendance.
