Cheney, WA --- Hard luck fell on the Idaho State Bengals as they lose in straight sets across the board Saturday to Eastern Washington 7-0. Marc Pijoan had his two match winning streak snapped in the process. Idaho State fell to 1-8 overall, 1-2 in Big Sky.

The Bengals nearly got off on the right foot in the first singles match. It took a little extra for Eagle's number one Panharra Mann to take the first set from Pijoan. Mann ended up winning the set 7-6. That was as close as the Bengals got to winning a set.

Idaho State will get another crack at picking up conference win number two when they host Northern Arizona on March 7th.
