Chicago, Ill.- The UIC baseball team's game against Trinity International on Friday night was suspended due to severe thunderstorms.

The game was stopped after one-half inning of play as a downpour engulfed Les Miller Field.

The game will be resumed in the bottom of the first and Trinity International leading 1-0 on Saturday at 12 p.m. Central. That game will be followed by another nine-inning contest for a twinbill to complete the series.

Fans with tickets to Friday's game can use them to enter Saturday's contest.
