Men's Tennis Takes 4-2 Victory Over Southern Illinois March 30, 2008 Hinsdale, Ill. - The UIC men's tennis team completed a solid weekend of competition with a 4-2 match victory over Southern Illinois on Sunday afternoon. The Flames (8-7) picked up four singles victories over SIU, with Adriano Liccardo capturing a 6-4, 6-2 second slot match over Hugo Vidal. Liccardo has now extended his consecutive singles winning streak to nine with his win on Sunday. Eric Fey and Bastian Harbo also picked up match wins for UIC. The Flames will take their four-match winning streak to the road next weekend, facing off at Chicago State on Friday at 12 p.m. and Wright State on Sunday at 10 a.m.
