UIC Women's Basketball Game Notes in PDF Format Get Acrobat Reader

Chicago, Ill. - The UIC women's basketball team squares off against Valparaiso on Saturday, Feb. 9. The contest at Athletics-Recreation Center is set for a 1:35 p.m. start.

Valparaiso leads the series, 17-11. The Flames fell to the Crusaders earlier this season at the Pavilion on Jan. 10.

UIC (8-13, 4-6) is looking to bounce back after falling to Butler on Feb. 7 at Hinkle Fieldhouse. Sophomore Jessie Miller leads UIC with 13.5 points per game. Junior Nikki Grobbecker guides the defense with 6.3 rebounds per game.

Valparaiso (10-11, 5-5) is coming off a seven-point win over Loyola at home on Feb. 7. Agnieszka Kulaga paces the Crusaders with 15.0 points and 5.3 boards per game.

UIC heads to Rogers Park on Feb. 16 to face crosstown rival Loyola at 2 p.m. CST.
