Fort Wayne, IN - Friday afternoon's Summit League series opening baseball game with South Dakota State has been moved up to 1:30 p.m.

The game had originally been scheduled as a 4:00 p.m. start.

IPFW (12-31-1, 8-12 SL) will send ace Brandon Knowling to the hill.  Knowling, the reigning Summit League Pitcher of the Week, sports an overall record of 6-0 with a 2.87 ERA.

South Dakota State (20-22, 7-6, SL) will counter with right hander Christian Larson, who comes into the game with a record of 2-3 and an ERA of 5.15.
