BALTIMORE, MD - The Johns Hopkins baseball team had its season opening doubleheader against Rutgers-Newark, scheduled for Saturday, postponed on Friday morning. A make-up date with the Scarlet Raiders has yet to be determined.

Hopkins will now open its 2008 season on Tuesday, March 4th against Messiah College. First pitch of that contest is scheduled for 3 p.m. at JHU Baseball Field.
