BOSTON, MA - Three school records fell as the Johns Hopkins men's track and field team competed at Boston University's Valentine Invitational over the weekend. The meet consisted of top teams from Division I and III along with independent club runners. The Blue Jays saw the school record broken in the one-mile run, the 5,000-meters and the distance medley relay.

Graham Belton ran a 4:20.94 in the one-mile run and finished 65th. He qualified for ECAC's and broke the school record in the process. Patrick Brandon crossed the line in 15:12.89 to finish 72nd in the 5,000-meters. Brandon broke his own school record in the process and qualified for ECAC's. The distance medley relay team of Belton, Nate Sotuyo, James Bronson and James Walker ran a 10:20.26 to break the previous school record by 12 seconds. They also qualified for ECAC's while finishing 11th in the race.
