1 Minute With: Britteny Henderson

KENNESAW, Ga.- The Kennesaw State Sports Information Department will be taking time each week to sit down for one minute with an athlete from various sports. This week, sports information assistant Heather Wade spent some time with Britteny Henderson from the women's basketball team.

Britteny has started in 22 games for the Owls this season and is averaging 25.2 minutes per game. So far this season, she is shooting 55.8 percent from the field and 78 percent from the free-throw line. The junior leads the team in a number of categories including field goal percentage (55.8), free throw percentage (78), points (352), rebounds (214), and blocks (21). Due to her outstanding effort on the court, Britteny has been named the Atlantic Sun Conference Player of the Week three times.

A. I have visited seven states and Georgia is my favorite.

A. Gambi in Africa
