2010: Named to the All-Big 5 Team as a starting pitcher...Started 10 games and made nine relief appearances, compiling a 7-2 record to lead all La Salle pitchers...Went a career-best 7.2 innings of work and picked up his first collegiate victoryinhis first career start against Dayton (3/26)...Struck out 58 batters over 81.2 innings...Pitched 6.1 scoreless innings against St. Bonaventure (5/13)...Posted a 4.01 ERA in 60.2 IP with 42 strikeouts and held opponents to a .241 batting average in conference games...A-10 numbers ranked him tied for first in wins, third in opponents BA and 14th in ERA. 2009:Came out of the pen in 14 games...In first appearance, threw a season-high 4.0 innings and did not allow a run at Duke (2/21-G1)...In second game, struck out a season-high three batters in 2.2 IP at Elon (3/9), however allowed two earned runs and suffered the loss...In seven non-conference games, threw 12.1 innings and allowed just those two earned runs (1.46 ERA)...Other scoreless outings included at Saint Peters (3/24) 1.1 IP, two strikeouts, versus Coppin State (4/8) 1.0 IP, one K, versus Penn (4/16) 1 IP, and at Penn State (4/29) 2.0 IP, two Ks...Also had a scoreless outing versus Richmond (5/14) in two innings of work...Was the second-best pitcher versus lefties (5-for-23, .217 batting average) and the best with two outs (5-for-26, .192 batting average).
High School:After senior year, was named to the All-Delco First Team...Honored with the Cakey Dougherty Pitcher Award...Also played football and basketball in high school, to help earn the Male Athlete of the Year Award.
