ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - Freshman Deirdre Mikolajcik won the women's 500 yard freestyle (5:15.01) and finished second in the 200 yard freestyle (1:57.88) in Lewis' meet with Division I Wisconsin-Milwaukee on Friday evening at the Lewis Pool.

Three other Flyers notched second place finishes. In her last home meet, senior Stephanie White-Olson came in second in the women's 100 yard breaststroke with a 1:09.05 performance. Freshman Carrie Borgstede stopped the clock at 56.07 in the women's 100 yard freestyle. Freshman Allan Sliva recorded a 49.28 time in the men's 100 yard freestyle.

In addition to White-Olson, Jackie Olivares and Adam Brown were honored on Senior Day.

Wisconsin-Milwaukee, who finished second in the Horrizon League last season, set 13 pool records in the meet. The new times are listed below.
