ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - The Lewis University women's track and field team is ranked No.4 in the latest women's USTFCCCA (U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association) Division II Coaches Power Rankings poll. The Men's team is ranked 21st. The women garnered 204.72 points, finishing behind Ashland University in first (241.65), Missouri Southern State University-Joplin in second (207.83) and Hillsdale College in third (205.93). The men totaled 181.41 points in this week's poll. Ashland's men were ranked No. 1 with 248.35 points. The USTFCCCA Power Rankings are released each Wednesday during the Track and Field season. The rankings are based on a school's top two athletes in each event. The 2008 NCAA Division II Indoor National Championships will be held March 14-15 at Myers Field House on the campus of Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minn.
