Final Women's Results - Caputo Invitational

MUNDELEIN, Ill. - Lucy McGovern and Kaitlin Kearney each shot an 80 in today's final round of play at the Caputo Invitational to help Loyola University Chicago to a second-place finish. Windy conditions at Pine Meadow Golf Course slowed played today, as the Ramblers finished with a team score of 660, 12 strokes behind champion Youngstown State (648).

McGovern captured second place with a 36-hole total of 157 (77-80), while Kearney also earned a top-ten finish by finishing eighth with a 169 (89-80). Lauren Oh placed 10th with a 170 (81-89), while Michelle Puch (83-88) and Megan Sujack (85-86) tied for 11th. Jaclyn Zembrodt fired a 182 (92-90) to round out Loyola's field of competitors.

Katy Rogner of Youngstown State earned medalist honors with a 152 (76-76).

Loyola is off until April 25-27 when it competes at the Horizon League Championship in Carmel, Ind.
