The JV Evangels lost the first game 13-7, and won the second game 15-10. "I thought we played well," MACU Head Coach Jason Blackwell said. Freshman Sean Sanders struggled from the mound, pitching two innings, giving up eight earned runs. Senior Cody Price came in and pitched just five pitches in the fourth inning and recorded three quick outs, but the deficit was too big for the JV Evangels as their comeback fell short.
