4.11.08 - OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City recently signed Oak Grove graduate Joey Pepmiller to play men's baseball for the 2008-2009 season.

Pepmiller, an 18-year-old senior at Oak Grove High School, is an outfielder for the Oak Grove Tigers, and will play the same positions for the MACU Evangels.

"I am very excited about Joey coming to play for us next year," MACU men's baseball coach Jason Blackwell said. "He is a solid Christian kid with a Church of God background. He has untapped potential and will be a great asset to the MACU community."
