David Richardson finishes second in javelin at Texas relays

Austin, TX - McNeese State freshman David Richardson threw a career best in placing second in the javelin event at the Texas Relays. The Cowboy standout went 216-2 which beats his previous best of 212-11 by almost four feet. It is the top toss by a Southland Conference performer this season and a NCAA regional qualifying effort. Also in the javelin, McNeese's Ben Chretien placed 12th with a throw of 189-11. |
