McNeese State's women's tennis team will conclude its regular season this weekend with matches at Central Arkansas and Northwestern State.

The Cowgirls will travel to Conway, Arkansas today for a 1 p.m. match before stopping off at Northwestern State Sunday for its regular season finale in a 10 a.m. match.

The Cowgirls (7-11, 2-7 SLC) are coming off a 4-1 loss to Texas-San Antonio Wednesday in what was a makeup match that was postponed March 30 due to rain.

Meri Alamo, the Cowgirls' no.1 singles player leads the team with eight victories. Petra Gudelj and Inga Efimenko both have seven victories on the season. Gudelj has seen most of her playing time at the no. 5 position while Efimenko is the no. 6 singles player.

Central Arkansas enters the weekend with a 2-12 overall record and is winless at 0-9 in league play. Northwestern State is in first place in the league standings with a perfect 8-0 record and 13-5 overall.
