GREENSBORO, N.C. - The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Men's and Women's Basketball teams travel to Greensboro for a match-up against North Carolina A&T University (NCAT) today in the Corbett Sports Center. The Lady Hawks (14-9, 7-3 MEAC) school-record winning streak of seven games came to an end as they fell to Hampton on Monday, 68-64. Tiffany Reid (Philadelphia, Pa./National Christian Academy) led UMES with a game-high 17 points, while April McBride (New Rochelle, N.Y./New Rochelle H.S.) added 16 points, and Casey Morton (Mardela Springs, Md./Mardela H.S.) poured in 15 points. Morton and McBride finished tied for a team-high seven rebounds. NCAT (16-5, 9-0 MEAC) enters the game having won nine straight MEAC contests, including a 69-53 decision over Florida A&M on Monday. The Aggies are led by Amber Bland with 14.5 points per game. UMES dropped the first game to NCAT this season at home, 72-59. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Listen live to today's broadcast.

UMES was led by Ed Tyson (Baltimore, Md./Walbrook H.S.) who finished with a game-high 24 points as he stepped up his play with the cameras on, while Ishmawiyl McFadden (Philadelphia, Pa./Simon Gratz H.S.) added a career-high 14 points off the bench.
NCAT (12-10, 6-3 MEAC) comes in as winners of their last seven of eight, including an overtime win against Florida A&M on Monday, 80-78. Steven Rush leads the Aggies offensive attack with 16 points per game. UMES dropped the first game to NCAT this season at home, 61-49.
