ORANGEBURG, S.C. - The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Softball has followed suit with the baseball and tennis teams and had their weekend games reshuffled with the rainy and windy weather hitting the entire East Coast of the United States. This time it has forced the Lady Bulldog Tournament, hosted by South Carolina State University (SCSU) to cancel Saturday's slate of games. Now the three teams involved will play on Sunday only. The games will begin at 10 a.m. with SCSU hosting Coppin State University (CSU). CSU will then play UMES at noon followed by SCSU and UMES meeting at 2 p.m. Stay tuned to www.umeshawks.com for any further updates to weekend athletic schedules. |
