MEMPHIS - The University of Memphis men's soccer team will resume its spring exhibition schedule on Sunday when it plays in the third annual Tim McCage Cup at Rhodes College.

Memphis will face Christian Brothers University at 10 a.m. and then will face Rhodes at 1 p.m.

Tim McCage was a former Memphis Tiger soccer player who saw action in six games during the 1990 season. McCage scored his only collegiate goal against Rhodes College in the Mayor's Cup in Memphis on September 20, 1990. McCage also had an assist against Southeast Missouri State on November 26, 1990. He died in an accident during spring break after his freshman season.

The event was orginally scheduled for Saturday but has been postponed to Sunday due to rainy weather conditions. This will be the third exhibition match of the spring for Memphis. The Tigers lost to FC Dallas 2-0 and defeated Lambuth University 4-0.
