Minneapolis, Minn. - The Mercyhurst women's hockey team, idle since a 7-0 blanking against Quinnipiac on Jan. 26, dropped one spot to seventh in the most recent USCHO.com poll, released earlier today. The Lakers have eight games remaining in the regular season, all with College Hockey America opponents. Mercyhurst will host Wayne State this weekend in a crucial matchup.

The poll is below. The top eight teams make it to the NCAA Tournament.
