Baseball Falls to UNC, 29-10

The No. 9 Metro State baseball team fell to Division I University of Northern Colorado, 10-29, Tuesday afternoon in Greeley, Colo. Reece Gorman had three hits and five RBI's including a three-run home run in the fifth inning. Freshman Taylor Zambard added two hits and 3 RBI's. Metro State used six pitchers on the day, allowing 30 hits including six home runs. The loss dropped MSCD to 33-8 on the season. The Roadrunners return to Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference action Friday at Colorado Christian. |
