Miami honored its lone senior, forward Tim Pollitz, prior to the game, playing in his final game at Millett Hall. Tim finished with 18 points, shooting 7-of-12 from the floor, and eight rebounds.

Junior forward Michael Bramos scored 12 of Miami's first 15 points as the RedHawks leapt out to a 15-3 lead by the 13:44 mark of the first half. Bramos finished with 24 points, the ninth time this season he has eclipsed the 20-point plateau. Bramos went 9-for-13 from the field, including 5-for-7 from 3-point range.

With the 75-59 win, Miami hit the 70-point mark for the seventh time this season.

Miami's season high for steals was 10 against Ohio on March 1. Miami had nine four times, against Central Michigan (Feb. 9), against Buffalo (Jan. 20) and against Indiana State (Dec. 4) and today against Bowling Green (Mar. 9). All of Miami's season-high numbers for steals this season have come at Millett Hall.

In its last two home games, Miami has had strong starts. The RedHawks held a 37-14 lead at the half against Ohio on March 1 and compiled a 36-20 halftime lead against the Falcons.
