OXFORD - The No. 1-seeded RedHawks are headed to the NCAA Tournament for the third consecutive year, and fifth time in school history. Miami owns an all-time record of 1-4 playing in NCAA Tournament games. The Red and White are the top-seed in the Northeast bracket, with its games being played in Worcester, Mass. Miami is the No. 2 seed, overall, behind only Michigan.
Miami finished the regular season as the only CCHA team to win all of its non-conference games this year. The RedHawks earned a perfect 7-0 record in games against other conferences, with wins against Vermont (Hockey East), Canisius (Atlantic Hockey), Rensselaer (ECAC), and St. Cloud State (WCHA).

All-Session ticket prices for the Worcester regional are $80/person. Regional tickets will be made available based on a tiered system, with active Red and White Club members and season ticket holders receiving priority. Red and White Club members who have given at least $2,500 are eligible to purchase up to six regional tickets, while those who have given between $1,000 - $2,499 can purchase a maximum of four tickets, and those who have given between $50 - $999 are able to purchase up to two tickets. 2007-2008 Miami Ice Hockey season ticket holders also are eligible to purchase up to two tickets.
Fans unable to follow the team to Worcester can watch all of the action on ESPNU. Saturday's broadcast of the contest versus Air Force will start at 4:00 p.m., with John Buccigross (play-by-play), Barry Melrose (color analyst) and E.J. Hradek (sideline reporter) calling the game.
