Mizzou Basketball Newcomers To Play In St. Louis This Weekend

Mizzou Basketball fans in the St. Louis area this weekend can see a number of future Tigers in action at the 11th annual Demetrious Johnson Charitable Foundation All-Star Game hosted June 28 at Harris-Stowe State University.
Harris-Stowe State is located at 3026 Laclede Avenue in St. Louis.
Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m. and Missouri newcomers Laurence Bowers, Marcus Denmon, Kim English, Steve Moore and Miguel Paul will play on the National All-Star squad against a team of St. Louis Area standouts. Overall, 20 Division I players are scheduled to play in the event, including the five Tiger freshman.
Missouri Basketball has been well represented at the Demetrious Johnson Charitable Foundation All-Star Game over the years, with current sophomore Justin Safford playing in the event last season and juniors Keon Lawrence and J.T. Tiller playing in 2006.
Tickets to the 11th annual event will be available at the door.
