In the first Semifinal match-up, No. 5 Mountain State (33-2) (W.V.) takes on undefeated No. 1 Georgetown (35-0) (Ky.). It is a rematch of the 2004 Semifinal in which Mountain State won by a 96-77 count. MSU eventually went on to win the 2004 Championship to mark its first and only title. Georgetown is the only undefeated team with a 35-0 record. The Tigers, who have one Championship under their belt (1998), are trying to become the first team since Oklahoma City in 1992 to win the title with a perfect record.

MSU holds the upper hand with a 2-0 mark against Georgetown in Championship play. The Cougars are yet to lose in the Semifinal round advancing to the title game in 2003 and 2004. Head coach Bob Bolen leads a squad that ranks in the Top 10 nationally in 14 different statistical categories including first in field goal percentage defense (.390). Senior guard James Spencer is second in the country in scoring (23.8 ppg) after pouring in 64 points in three Championship games.

The Tigers of Georgetown are riding a 35-game winning streak into the Semifinals and are just one of three teams in all divisions of NAIA and NCAA currently undefeated. Head coach Happy Osborne, who is in his 12th year and stands with over 350 wins, led his club to their 17th straight season of 25-plus wins. GC boasts the most Championship wins of any Division I program and looks for win No. 50 on Monday. Senior forward Gus Chase is part of a balanced scoring attack with 18.5 points per contest - four other players notch double-figure scoring averages. A trip back to the National Championship game would be GC's fifth overall and first since 2000.

In the second Semifinal contest, unseeded Campbellsville (26-9) (Ky.) tussles with defending national champion No. 7 Oklahoma City (29-7). It is a rematch between the two schools from an earlier meeting this year. Campbellsville won that time in convincing fashion at home, 76-57 on Nov. 24, 2007. CU is the lone unseeded team in this year's Championship and appears in its first ever Semifinal contest. Oklahoma City owns the most Championship rings of any NAIA program after winning the 2007 title. The Stars have five Championships to their credit.

The Tigers of Campbellsville have made a memorable run in the 2008 Tournament defeating last year's runner-up No. 6 seed Concordia (Calif.), No. 11 McKendree (Ill.) and Oklahoma Baptist. Junior Nestor Colmenares averages nearly a double-double on the year (16.2 ppg, 9.8 rpg) and claims 18 double-double efforts in 35 games. In year No. 9, head coach Keith Adkins is over 150 career wins and has three straight 20-win seasons on his resume. As a team, the Tigers rank fourth in NAIA in scoring defense (62.8) and has held all three Championship opponents this year under 70 points.

Defending national champion Oklahoma City has an impressive winning percentage in Championship play (.789) and is right behind Georgetown for the all-time Championship wins mark - the Stars are 45-12 heading into Monday's Semifinal. Senior forward Ollie Bailey, who has 67 points in the Tournament, tops the club in scoring (18.9) and rebounding (8.1). Looking for his second Championship title, which would add to an NAIA-record six hardwares at Oklahoma City, head coach Ray Harper is 93-17 in his third season. OCU is looking to become the first team to win back-to-back titles since Life (Ga.) accomplished that in 1999 & 2000.
