KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Auburn University Montgomery (Ala.) dropped its first match of the season but still tops the fifth National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Men's Tennis Top 25 Coaches' Poll, announced today (April 16). The Senators lost 2-5 to Armstrong Atlantic State University and stands at 19-1 for the year. AUM received 11 of 12 first-place votes and a total of 299 points.
Fresno Pacific University (Calif.) jumped from fourth to second in this week's poll and remains undefeated at 18-0. The Sunbirds notched one first-place votes and trails AUM with 285 total points.
Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (Fla.) remained at No. 3 while Azusa Pacific University (Calif.) tumbled two spots to No. 4. California Baptist University moved up two spots to round out this week's top five.
