KANSAS CITY, Mo. - College of the Ozarks (Mo.) remained No. 1 and Northwestern (Iowa) held onto No. 2 in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Division II Women's Basketball Top-25 poll for the eighth straight week. Ozarks earned 12 first place votes and compiled 505 total points while Northwestern received five first place votes and 498 total points.
No. 3 Morningside (Iowa), No. 4 Bethel (Ind.) and No. 5 Saint Francis (Ind.) all held their spots for the fourth straight week with 473, 461 and 437 points respectively. Hasting (Neb.) remained at No. 6 for fifth consecutive week while Davenport (Mich.) and Shawnee State (Ohio) stayed at No. 7 and No. 8 respectively in back-to-back weeks.
No. 25 Covenant (Ga.) moved back into the top-25 after dropping out in week two.
The next regular season poll will be released on Wednesday, February 20.
