Funeral to be held May 14 at USNA

ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The family of Kristen Dickmann has announced the following service information for the freshman member of the Navy volleyball team who passed away earlier this week.

On Tuesday, May 13, a public viewing will be held at Unionville High School -- 750 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, PA, 19348; phone: 610-347-1600 -- from 4-6 p.m. That will be immediately followed by a memorial service at the school that is expected to last until 7 p.m.

The funeral service will be held the following day, Wednesday, May 14, at the U.S. Naval Academy Chapel beginning at 10 a.m. Following the conclusion of the funeral service, Dickmann will be laid to rest in the Naval Academy cemetery.
