Currie was named the Most Outstanding Women's Track Performer at the Atlantic 10 Championship after leading the 49ers to their third straight league title. Currie took first-place in both the 100 and 200 meter dashes as Charlotte (203 pts.) easily outpaced runners-up Dayton and Rhode Island (110.5 pts). Currie blistered the track with a time of 11.55 to capture the 100 meter title and ran a 24.11 to win the 200 meter race.
