Charlotte dropped a 64-58 decision to Richmond, Saturday, hitting just 1-of-23 three-pointers. Charlotte is 3-5 away from home including a 2-3 record in true road games. With a win, Bobby Lutz will tie Jeff Mullins as the 49ers all-time winningest coach with 182 career victories.

LUTZ 1 WIN SHY OF MULLINS: With 181 wins as the 49ers head coach, Bobby Lutz is within one victory of matching Jeff Mullins as the 49ers all-time winningest coach. Jeff Mullins, a former Duke all-America who won a gold medal on the 1964 US Olympic team before a stellar NBA career that included a World Championship with the 1976 Golden State Warriors, posted a 182-142 record in 11 years with the 49ers (1986-96).

Charlie Coley has 27, including a school-record tying 7 vs. Richmond. Dijuan Harris and Lamont Mack both have 23 steals and An'Juan Wilderness has 21, including a rookie record six in his collegiate debut. Charlotte has had double-digit steals five times, including 13 vs. Richmond, Saturday.

GOLDEN!: Senior Leemire Goldwire, who ranks 3rd in the A-10 in scoring, has scored in double figures in all but one game (5 vs. Richmond), with nine games of 20 or more points and three games with over 30. He's averaging 19.8 points in A-10 play. He notched his first career double-double (21 pts; 10 rebs.) as Charlotte won at #18/#19 Clemson and he scored a career-high 36 points vs. Saint Joseph's. He leads the A-10 and ranks fifth in the nation with 3.90 three-pointers per game. He owns the league's top three single-game scoring nights: 36 vs. St. Joe's; 34 vs. Davidson; 33 vs. Appalachian State. He has moved into 14th-place all-time with 1430 career points (70 shy of his 1500th career point). He needs 16 threes to pass all-time leading scorer Henry Williams for third-place in career threes made.
