Chattanooga, Tenn. - Charlotte 49ers sophomore Olafur Loftsson shot a five-under par 67 in round two of the Aldila Scenic City Intercollegiate to take the individual lead into Tuesday's third and final round at nine-under par, 135.

Charlotte is in fourth place in the 17-team field with a two-round total of four-under par. Wichita State and host Chattanooga share the team lead at 12-under par at Council Fire Golf Club.

Loftsson fired a four-under par 68 in round one, played earlier today, and followed up with a five-under par 67 to post a two-round total of nine-under par 135, two strokes ahead of the field.

Senior Corey Nagy, who won the event in 2007, is tied for 19th at one-under par 143 following rounds of 72 and 71. Freshman Andy Sajevic (73-71 -- 144) came in at even par after two rounds. Ryan Wilson stands at six-ovver par 150 (74-76) while Paul Ferrier is at seven-over par 151 (74-77) following the first two rounds.
