West Virginia Visits No. 22 Irish For Shamrock Dual Meet Invitational

NOTRE DAME, Ind. -
The University of Notre Dame men's swimming and diving team will host BIG EAST Conference foe West Virginia on Saturday at the Rolfs Aquatic Center for the Shamrock Dual Meet Invitational. The event will start at 9 a.m. (ET) followed by an evening session set to begin at 4 p.m.
Notre Dame's eight seniors will be honored before the evening session. Steven Crowe, Chris Kane, Andrew MacKay, Sam Pendergast, Rob Seery, Sam Stoner, Eric Swenson and Jay Vanden Berg will all be wrapping up the home portion of their careers.
This will mark the third year the Irish (3-6) have hosted the Shamrock Invitational. Last season, the Irish got through the weekend with a 2-2 mark, defeating Oakland and Connecticut while falling to Penn State and the Mountaineers.
The meet is scored as a dual meet between each participating school.
