Feb. 4, 2008 BRENTWOOD, Tenn. -- Hoping to take home the Pac-10's third consecutive national title, Arizona State tops the Rivals.com Top 25 Rankings. The Sun Devils have some offensive contributors to replace, but welcome back All-American infielder Brett Wallace and veteran pitcher Josh Satow, among others. While Arizona State tops our rankings, defending champion Oregon State comes in at No. 11. Other Pac-10 teams in the rankings include No. 3 UCLA and No. 8 Arizona. After finishing last season unranked, Miami comes in at No. 2. Meanwhile, No. 4 Rice and No. 5 San Diego round out the top five. Five teams in the preseason rankings were not ranked at the end of last season: No. 2 Miami, No. 8 Arizona, No. 17 Long Beach State, No. 20 Baylor and No. 25 St. John's.
