Tigers to Renew Rivalry With San Jose State in O'Reilly ESPNU Bracketbusters Game

Stockton, Calif. - University of the Pacific's men's basketball team will face San Jose State on Saturday, Feb. 23 as a part of O'Reilly ESPNU BracketBusters. The Tigers will host the Spartans in the Spanos Center, with a tipoff time of 7:00 p.m.

Pacific is 15-6 overall, 6-2 in the Big West Conference. San Jose State is 10-11 overall, 2-6 in the Western Athletic Conference.

The series with the Spartans is the longest in the Tigers' record book, with Pacific holding an 81-72 series edge. The teams have not met since an 81-63 Tiger win on Dec. 7, 2005. The teams will play a return game in San Jose this November or December.

All nine members of the Big West are a part of the ESPNU Bracketbusters.
