Stockton, California - Freshman T.J. Bordeaux was named the Big West Conference Golfer of the Month Friday for his play during the month of March. Bordeaux won the Oregon Duck Classic on March 24-25th and finished 12th at the Fresno Lexus Classic.

Bordeaux shot a second round 68 at the Fresno Lexus Classic to get him within four shots of the lead and finished with a final round 71; propelling the Tigers to a fifth place team finish. The following week, at the Oregon Duck Classic, Bordeaux shot two blistering rounds of 68 to take a five shot lead after day one and wrapped up the tournament with a 74 at Emerald Valley Golf Course.

His 71.8 stroke average thus far this season leads the team and is the all-time lowest stroke average in Pacific Golf history. GolfStat ranks the Pacific freshmen class as the tenth best in the country and Bordeaux 134th overall. Bordeaux leads the Tigers to Stevinson Ranch this week as the Tigers take on the 16-team field at the Stevinson Ranch Invitational.
