The All-American Football Foundation honored several Patriot League administrators and a coach at its 91st annual Banquet of Champions on March 3 in Princeton, N.J. Leading the way for the honorees was Patriot League Media Relations Director Matthew Dougherty. Bucknell's John Hardt and Army's Gene Marshall and Kim Kawamoto were also recognized, as well as Fordham Head Coach Tom Masella.

Dougherty earned the Scoop Hudgins Outstanding SID award in his first year as the Media Relations Director at the Patriot League.

Hardt was one of two recipients of the General Robert R. Neyland Outstanding Athletic Director Award.

Masella was honored with the Johnny Vaught Head Coach Award with three other coaches. Masella led Fordham to the Patriot League title in 2007 with an 8-4 overall record and a 5-1 mark in League play.

While Army does not play football in the Patriot League, Marshall and Kawamoto play key roles for the entire athletic department. Marshall was given the Outstanding Deputy Athletic Director Award, while Kawamoto received the Outstanding SWA Award.
