PITTSBURGH--The University of Pittsburgh women' volleyball team added Lauren Hartman to its incoming class of 2008. Hartman joins the team as a middle hitter from Baldwinsville, N.Y.

A recent graduate of CW Baker High School, where she finished 18th in her class, Hartman recorded 554 kills, 126 blocks and 58 aces in her career. She also led her team to four league titles and second-place finish in the state as a junior.
