FAYETTEVILLE, ARK. - The Providence College Indoor Track teams finished their season this past weekend at the 2008 NCAA Indoor Track Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Junior Danette Doetzel (Macklin, Sask.) finished 13th in the 5000m finals with a time of 16:36.04. Sophomore Hayden McLaren (Christchurch, New Zealand) finished just two spots out of qualifying for the finals, as he placed 12th in the preliminaries of the one mile run. McLaren ran the mile in a time of 4:08.27.

The Friar Outdoor Track season kicks off on Saturday, March 29th when they compete in the Southern Connecticut Invite in New Haven, Connecticut. The meet is scheduled to go all day. Visit friars.com for complete recaps and results.
