2008 Official White Out T-Shirt The student-designed and student-selected White Out T-shirt for the 2008 football season is now available. Pre-order your shirt today by going to Penn State Athletics Official Online Store. The T-shirt design contest, organized by The Daily Collegian was won by David Weissman.

Top Five Finishes for Women's Track Junior Gayle Hunter finished fifth in the Pentathlon at the NCAA Indoor Championships, and teammate senior Shana Cox finished fourth in the 400-meters, the highest of her career. The women's 4x400-meter relay placed fifth, marking the second consecutive year it finished in the top-five. The Nittany Lion women garnered a total of 16 points for a 15th place team finish. Wrestling Headed to National Championships Seven Penn State wrestlers will head to the National Championships in St. Louis this weekend, March 20 - 22, at the St. Louis Sports Commission and University of Missouri. Senior Mark McKnight (125 lbs.), freshman Garrett Scott (141), sophomore Bubba Jenkins (149), sophomore Dan Vallimont (157), sophomore Dave Rella (165), junior Phil Bomberger (184) and senior Phil Davis (197) have all qualified to compete. Davis looks to become only the fourth four-time All-American in Penn State history, as he and McKnight each make their fourth appearance at nationals. Jenkins, Scott and Vallimont are making their second trip to nationals, while Rella and Bomberger are making their first. To keep updated on this weekends events go to The Wrestling Page .

Awesome April Penn State is the host of two Big Ten Championships, an NCAA regional and the Blue White game. The first weekend of April, Rec Hall will host the Big Ten Men's Gymnastics Championships. The following weekend the Women's NCAA Gymnastics Regionals will be held at Rec Hall. Grammy-winning recording artist Fergie is set to perform on April 18 in Beaver Stadium as part of the first-ever Gridiron Bash and the annual Blue White game will be played at Beaver Stadium the next afternoon at 2:30 p.m. The men's volleyball team will compete in the quarter finals of the EIVA's on April 19 and the Big Ten Women's Golf Championship will be held April 24 - 27. Gridiron Bash Join Penn State students and fans for the Gridiron Bash, Ultimate Fan Competition, at University Park. The two-day carnival complete with rides begins outside of Beaver Stadium at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 18. Grammy-winning recording artist Fergie will perform Friday night and the annual Blue-White game will follow on Saturday, April 19 at 2 p. m. Fans have the opportunity to earn $1 million in scholarship support for Penn State by competing against other participating schools to establish who has the most passionate and supportive fans. Winning schools will be determined by adding up the total paid attendance at the Gridiron Bash event combined with the number of fans that vote for their school.
