UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - Sophomore Mary Flowers garnered Midfielder of the Year and first-team honors while junior defender Bria Eulitt also earned first-team accolades. Senior Alexis Brennan and freshman Gabi Wiegand were named to the second team, while Wiegand and freshman Kara Moschetti were selected to the All-Rookie team.

Flowers' stellar sophomore campaign has catapulted the Spiders to their sixth A-10 regular season title and a top seed at this week's A-10 Tournament. Flowers leads Richmond in virtually every statistical category: goals (48), points (57), ground balls (58), draw controls (54) and caused turnovers (32). Flowers ranks 13th nationally in ground balls while ranking 20th in the country in caused turnovers.

Flowers has registered 13 multi-goal games, 11 of which were hat trick performances or better. Flowers recorded her best performance to date at St. Bonaventure where she notched a career-high six goals. Flowers garnered Player of the Week recognition for her outing against the Bonnies.

Eulitt has been an integral part to the Spiders' defense this season, following Flowers in ground balls (37) and caused turnovers (18). Eulitt receives help from fellow defender Brennan who has started every game this season. Brennan spearheads the defense which ranks first in the league in caused turnovers and third in ground balls.

Wiegand has notched 11 multi-goal games, nine of which were hat tricks or better. Wiegand recorded a career-high six goals against GW earlier this season.
