Fairfield, CT - Junior Stefan Drew (Oakbank, MB) has been named the Atlantic Hockey Association Goaltender of the Week for the week of February 18-24. This is the second time this year that Drew has been named the league's top goaltender.

Drew made 31 saves to record his third shutout of the season Saturday night against Holy Cross. The performance included 24 saves over the final two periods to help SHU to the victory. Drew made 24 saves in a losing effort Friday night. Overall for the weekend Drew stopped 55 of the 57 shots he saw in two games against Holy Cross, allowing just two goals.

The Pioneers close out the regular season with a home-and-home series against Army this weekend. Both teams still have a chance to win the AHA regular season championship. SHU will host Friday night with Senior Night festivities preceding the 7:05 pm face-off at the Milford Ice Pavilion.
