BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford University softball team officially announced Wednesday that it will host a Beginning Softball Fundamentals Clinic on July 19, at Bulldog Field. The special three-hour clinic is open to all coaches and players and is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.

The cost of the special one-day session is only $5 and walk-up registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. The Beginning Softball Fundamentals Clinic is for players ages 12-18 and will be held at Samford's Bulldog Field.
