COLUMBIA, S.C. - The South Carolina women's soccer team will kickoff its annual Alumni Game on Saturday, April 19 at 11 a.m. The current Gamecock squad and the Carolina alumni will play two halves of soccer with a reception following the game. The game will pit former Gamecock letter winners against the current squad as a culmination of South Carolina's spring exhibition season.

The Gamecocks ended their spring season with a perfect 4-0 record, posting wins over Georgia Southern (3-0), College of Charleston (1-0), Davidson (1-0) and North Carolina State (4-3). The 2008 Gamecock squad will feature 14 returning players, including captains Danila Monteiro, Kim Miller and Blakely Mattern.
