San Diego State Holds Lengthy Practice on Friday

Aztecs hold fifth spring practice

San Diego State football held a nearly three-hour practice at the SDSU practice fields on Friday afternoon. It was the third practice in four days for the Aztecs.

San Diego State will conclude a busy week with a shorter practice on Saturday morning, capped by a brief scrimmage consisting of 30 to 40 plays.

San Diego State head football coach Chuck Long missed Friday's workout as he was attending to his ill father in Illinois. Long is expected to be back on the practice field for Saturday's practice
