SAN DIEGO - San Diego State's football team practiced for the second consecutive day on Wednesday for two-and-a-half hours at the SDSU on-campus practice fields. Today, the 12th practice of the spring session, marked the second of what will be five consecutive days on the field for the Aztecs.

"The quarterbacks really threw it well and made good decisions today," San Diego State head coach Chuck Long said. "I thought our defense really had some nice plays today as well. With the consecutive practices this week, this is similar to a game week in the fall. We want to get them accustomed to leading up to a game."

Spring practice continues tomorrow and will culminate on Saturday with the Red-Black Game at 1 p.m. PT at Mission Hills High School in San Marcos, Calif.
