SDSU Softball to Host NCAA Selection Show Watch Party on Sunday

SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State softball team will host a NCAA Selection Show Watch Party on Sunday, May 11 in the auditorium of the Aztec Athletics Center.

The Aztecs, who are ranked No. 19 by ESPN.com/USA Softball and No. 21 by USA Today/NFCA, wrapped up their fourth Mountain West Conference title with two victories at UNLV over the weekend. SDSU is also No. 20 of 282 schools in the latest RPI released by the NCAA on Wednesday. The selection show will air Sunday from 7-7:30 p.m. PT on ESPNU after the conclusion of the NCAA men's lacrosse first round game No. 8 (scheduled from 4:30-7 p.m. PT.) Following the ESPNU show, a special 3-5-minute Division I softball update will air on ESPNews from 7:30-8 p.m. PT.

The event is open to the public beginning at 7 p.m.
