WALNUT, Calif. - San Diego State junior Kristin Glen raced in the 5,000-meter run on Thursday night at the Mt. SAC Relays at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, Calif. Glen was the lone Aztec to compete at the meet on a day where the Mt. SAC Heptathlon concluded in Azusa, Calif.

The Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., native finished the race in 18 minutes, 33.89 seconds to finish in 25th place in Section 1 of the 5K. Glen, however, logged the second-best performance of the four Mountain West Conference runners who competed in the section.

SDSU will begin a busy day of action at the Mt. SAC Relays on Friday. Competition in Walnut is slated to commence at 11 a.m. For those Aztecs not scheduled to compete at Mt. SAC, they will travel to Azusa for the Azusa Pacific Invitational. The APU Invite is set for a 9 a.m. start.
