Decatur, Ala. - The Shorter College Hawks baseball team traveled to Decatur on Wednesday afternoon for a doubleheader against Lambuth University, losing the first game in an extended eight innings 4-3, and winning the second game by the same score in 10 innings.

Ben Erichsen was handed the loss in the first game, while JP Griffin got the win in the second. Trevor Miller and Ryan Murphy both had two hits.

Shorter travels to Faulkner on Friday for an important SSAC series.
