Orange Beach, Ala. - The Shorter College Lady Hawks took their ninth victory in ten games on Friday afternoon against Oklahoma Baptist, 9-1, in fifth innings at the Gulf Shores Invitational.

Becca Thomas earned the win for the Lady Hawks (17-4), throwing a complete game with five strikeouts and giving up just four hits.

Jessica Sanders hit a bases-loaded double in the fifth inning to seal the win.

For Shorter, Kali Milford and Amanda Albertson each scored three runs and Sanders knocked in five runs
